WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a technique for stress reduction, relaxation and healing. It is administered using gentle touch and focuses on the body’s main energy centers (called “Chakras”) and any areas of concern for the client. Shamanic Reiki brings the elements of nature into Reiki practice (crystals, flowers, plants) and also introduces the idea of shamanic journeys to help heal deeper challenges.
