HOW WILL THE REIKI TREATMENT FEEL?
Most people feel very relaxed (and some will even fall sleep). You may feel warmth, a tingling sensation or nothing at all.
IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I WILL FEEL ANY EMOTIONS?
From time to time, in a state of deep relaxation, you may feel emotions well up. That is completely normal and acceptable.
SINCE YOUR STUDIO IS IN YOUR HOME, WILL I HAVE PRIVACY?
Yes. My studio is a private room in my home with a door that closes. I also use a white noise machine in the hallway so that our conversation cannot be heard.
WHAT HAppens after a Reiki session?
You will leave the session feeling relaxed and calm. Afterward, you should focus on drinking plenty of water. You may also feel more tired than normal, which is completely normal as your body processes the work.
WHAT SHOUld I Wear?
You should wear comfortable clothing that you can relax in. T-shirts, light sweatshirts, leggings and sweatpants are all encouraged. Also, please wear socks.
does reiki have religious ties?
No, Reiki is not affiliated with any religion and people of all religions receive and enjoy Reiki. Some people do find there is a spiritual connection to Reiki, but Reiki itself does not promote or conflict with any religions.
